Q: How soon do I get the photos and video back?

A: Next day by 12pm.

Q: How do I get my photos and video?

A: You will receive an email with a link to a dropbox folder of the photos.  You will also receive a link to a video page which you can insert into your MLS post.

Q: Do you have your part 107 drone permit and are you insured?

A: Yes, all our photographers have a part 107 drone permit and are insured to fly a drone.

Q: What resolution do the photos and video come back in?

A: 3000 x 2000 which is perfect for MLS & 1080P for video.  Higher resolution photos and video can be provided upon request.

Q: How do I book a shoot?

A: Please send us an email with your requested date/time, type of service you need, and the location of the listing.  We will reply to you via phone or email to work out all the details.  We request 48-72 hours notice before your preferred shoot date.

Q: How long do the shoots take?

A: It will take our photographers 30 minutes for a photo shoot, 45 minutes for a photo/video shoot and an hour and 15 minutes for a photo/video/drone shoot.

Q: What happens on the day of the shoot?

A: Our photographer that is assigned to you will reach out via text or phone to confirm.  Please have the house photo ready so that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible.
